1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the AdviceSahi app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

In these Terms, "AdviceSahi", "we" and "us" mean Argus Fintech Private Limited, Coimbatore, India.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including how to reach our Grievance Officer. It forms part of these Terms.

2. What AdviceSahi is

AdviceSahi is a technology platform. We read the life insurance policies you add and produce informational reports. We also list independent, individually licensed IRDAI advisors whom you may choose to contact.

AdviceSahi is not an insurance company, intermediary or agent, and does not solicit, sell, underwrite or advise on insurance products. Reports are informational analyses and are not financial, investment or insurance advice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.

4. Use by policy holders

The service is free for policy holders. You may add only policies that belong to you or that you are authorised to add. You decide whether to share a report with an advisor, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Obligations of advisors

Advisors must hold a valid IRDAI licence, keep it current, and give us accurate details about it. Advisors must respond to policy holders who contact them within 48 hours, use policy holder information only to serve that policy holder, and follow all applicable law and IRDAI rules.

Advice, recommendations and any resulting transaction are solely between the advisor and the policy holder. AdviceSahi is not a party to them.

6. Plans and payments

Advisors may use a free plan or a paid plan. Current plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

Each plan states the maximum number of marketplace leads it is eligible to receive in a month. This is a cap, not a guarantee — a plan guarantees that your profile is listed and eligible for matching, not that any particular number of leads will arrive.

7. Intellectual property

The AdviceSahi name, logo, software and content belong to Argus Fintech Private Limited. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them. You keep ownership of the documents and data you provide, and give us permission to process them to run the service.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful or harmful content, scrape the platform, or interfere with its security or operation.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided as is. Policy figures are extracted from the documents you supply and may contain errors, so please check them against your original documents.

To the extent permitted by law, AdviceSahi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a report or on an advisor's advice.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken, an advisor's licence lapses, or the law requires. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. What happens to your data after your account ends, including on a termination we initiate, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
